I understand that navigating finances while growing a business can be challenging, especially for small businesses and startups working within tight budgets. That’s why I’ve thoughtfully priced my services to make professional bookkeeping accessible from the start. Starting at $200/month, my entry-level fees are designed to provide affordable expertise and guidance to help you succeed. As your business evolves, I offer additional services tailored to meet your growing needs.
Services start at $200/month and include:*
- Feed management: Keeping your business accounts organized and up-to-date.
- Monthly reconciliations: Ensuring accuracy and clarity in your financial records.
- Basic reports: Clear, easy-to-understand monthly summaries tailored for your business.
*This pricing applies to one business and one bank or credit card account.
Additional Services: Any subscriptions, software costs, and extra services are not included in the base pricing. Optional services are available at an adjusted rate and may include:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) management: Ensuring timely invoicing and tracking customer payments.
- Accounts Payable (AP) management: Keeping vendor bills organized and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Payroll management: Managing employee payments and related compliance.
- Custom requests: Such as setup fees, specialized reports, or ad hoc consulting.
Retainer Policy: A retainer fee of 2x the monthly service cost is required upfront. This includes the base service price, as well as any applicable subscriptions, software costs or one-time fees. The retainer ensures a commitment to services and is non-refundable if the contract is terminated prematurely.
Terms: All invoices are issued with net 10 terms, and contract termination requires a 30-day written notice. Services are provided under contract.
