I’m opening a limited promotional window for new clients who want to transition into a modern, automated accounting platform with significantly reduced manual workload.
During this period, I’m offering reduced introductory service rates for Digits based bookkeeping.
Digits’ automation and document forward design reduce the amount of monthly manual work required, which means my Digits service fees are lower than my fees for QuickBooks Online or other accounting platforms. This promotion applies to service fees only. The Digits software subscription is billed separately based on the plan you select.
Digits account setup is a one time fee, typically $150–$300 per entity, depending on the number of accounts, the condition of existing records, and the entity’s complexity. Setup covers chart of accounts build or refinement, bank/cc feed connections, workflow configuration, category mapping, document inbox setup, initial data review, and the accuracy checks required before monthly services begin, resulting in a complete account setup contingent on receiving accurate and properly documented information.
